Key skills for the job
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality visual solutions for world-leading brands. Working from our India office, you will collaborate closely with our creative team in the UK, helping to execute a range of creative deliverables including programmatic banners, social media posts, and web designs. Your strong design skills will be essential in building consistent, well-expressed employer brands for our clients, primarily across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution: Develop visual designs for a variety of advertising and branding needs, including traditional campaigns, websites, email marketing, digital advertising, social media, and programmatic display.
Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors and Associate Creative Directors/Creative Directors throughout all phases of a project, from initial brainstorming to final production, ensuring the development of cutting-edge visual solutions that meet client challenges.
High-Volume Asset Creation: Produce a large volume of design assets, including programmatic banners, social media posts, and web designs, ensuring each meets specific brand guidelines and project specifications.
Brand Consistency: Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables, ensuring that all visual outputs are accurate, consistent, and reflective of the client s brand identity.
Quality Assurance: Review and refine designs to ensure they are error-free, visually cohesive, and aligned with the brand s standards before final delivery.
Specification Compliance: Work closely with project managers to ensure all designs meet technical specifications and are delivered on time, without compromising quality.
Required Skills and Experience
A portfolio that demonstrates strong experience in graphic and digital design, with a focus on digital projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with tools like Sketch/Figma
Solid understanding of web design principles, including responsive/adaptive design, user experience, and accessibility.
Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is an asset, as are skills in video editing, animation, or rendering packages, though not required.
Strong production skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
