A Luxury Interiors Boutique in Gachibowli, Hyderabad is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator & CRM Manager who is responsible in supporting sales team, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, designers, and vendors.
Role: Sales Co-ordinator/ CRM Manager
Exp: 3-5 yrs
Full Time Role
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination :
- Assist the sales team in handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up with potential clients, dealers, distributors & architects
- Coordinate between sales, procurement, and operations/execution teams to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Maintain an organized database of leads from different sources, converting them into warm prospects and following up on ongoing projects.
- Make calls to select top architects & designers for scheduling appointments & follow-ups
CRM & Client Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM software with accurate client/customer details and project progress.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, project updates, and future business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and referrals.
- Assist in creating client engagement programs such as newsletters, offers, and loyalty programs.
Coordination & Communication:
- Act as a bridge between sales, design, procurement, and operations/execution teams.
- Ensure all stakeholders are updated on project timelines, changes, and requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Marketing & Lead Management:
- Assist in managing social media inquiries and website leads.
- Support the external social media/digital marketing team in executing promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination, CRM, or customer service, preferably in interior design,
real estate or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
