About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales & CRM Specialist to join our dynamic sales team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and managing our CRM system to optimize sales and customer relationships.
- You will play a crucial role in driving lead conversion and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales:
Lead Qualification & Conversion:
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Qualify leads based on their needs and potential value.
- Provide timely and informative responses to inquiries, addressing customer concerns and questions effectively.
- Guide potential customers through the sales process and build strong relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional interactions.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead handling processes.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
CRM Management:
CRM Administration:
- Lead the administration of our CRM system (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the CRM.
- Customize CRM workflows, automation rules, and reporting features to support sales and marketing efforts.
CRM Training & Support:
- Train and support the sales team on CRM best practices and usage.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the sales team on CRM-related issues.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and track key performance indicators.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or CRM management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation and a focus on customer.
