Accountant

A Luxury Interiors Boutique in Gachibowli, Hyderabad is seeking for an Accountant who can manage their financial transactions, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.

Salary: 25-35,000/month

Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

No. of Working Days: 6

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records and financial statements.
• Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor payments, and receivables.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Coordinating with the CFO for GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and financial regulations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Management:

• Monitor and process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Follow up on client payments, issue invoices, and manage outstanding receivables.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure timely financial settlements.

Payroll & Expense Management:

• Process employee salaries, PF, ESI, and other deductions.
• Maintain expense records and assist in budget planning.

Coordination & Documentation:

• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Assist in internal audits and provide necessary reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter).
• 3-7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing, interior design, or trading industries.
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or any accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
