Quality Controller / Outgoing Quality Controller

Role & responsibilities

• Inspecting all incoming raw materials for conformance to specifications
• Inspecting in-process production to ensure that it meets quality standards
• Performing final inspections of finished products

Preferred candidate profile

• Maintaining records of inspection results
• Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Recommending corrective actions to address identified problems
• Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams
