Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage telecom fixture assembly projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
