Roles&Responsibilities:

• Facility Management:

 Build and manage relevant government and regulatory relationships.

 Conversant with all day-to-day administrative functions for the dealership like :

• Canteen facility and management for staff.
• Transportation for staff.
• Uniform for the sales and aftersales staff.
• Housekeeping for the facility.
• Overall Facility Management.
• Liaison with Authorities where required.
• Maintaining and updating AMCs for various services.
• Security of the facility.

 Efforts towards cost reduction in overall facility and staff management and administration.

 Implementation of health, safety related issues.

 Monitoring of Management Information System relating to HR.
