Administration Manager

• Build and manage relevant government and regulatory relationships.
• Conversant with all day-to-day administrative functions for the dealership like :

• Canteen facility and management for staff.
• Transportation for staff.
• Uniform for the sales and aftersales staff.
• Housekeeping for the facility.
• Overall Facility Management.
• Liaison with Authorities where required.
• Maintaining and updating AMCs for various services.
• Security of the facility.
• Efforts towards cost reduction in overall facility and staff management and administration.
• Implementation of health, safety related issues.
• Identify and engage vendors / service providers for any outsourced activities pertaining to the

upkeep of the facility.

• Timely reporting of upcoming facility progress report and keeping MB updated on all developments.
• Ensure implementation of MB guidelines in the facility.
• Keeping an update on latest CI norms so that the facility conforms to the 100% of norms.
