Mis Executive/Data Analyst

Job Title: MIS Executive

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including sales, production, and inventory.

Report Generation: Design and generate reports to support business decision-making, including sales reports, production reports, and inventory reports.

Coordinate with Ather Sales team for sharing information related to MIS Share Daily Sales report to Ather Management Updating new vehicle stock at the dealership (In-house stock, transit stock) Compile and prepare new vehicle requirement on daily basis to sales manager Maintain despatch details of new vehicles from Coordinate with after sales for whole sale DAN and retail DAN Entering the new vehicles into the databases and inventory lists Stock vehicles management Vehicle location management for stock and delivery vehicles Maintain stock age report

Role & responsibilities

Obtaining approval with respect to special terms and conditions for particular customer groups e.g. representatives of the press

Creating and maintaining customer files

Keeping the incoming order list

Reconciling the order with the inventory lists

Assisting the sales department with volume planning Ordering stock vehicles Create retail pro-forma invoice, invoices, quotations for customers
