Energy Analyst/ Energy Specialist -4

Looking for the below skills in the candidate for Energy Specialist/Energy Analyst Opening.

• Organize and prepare content for regularly scheduled advisory meetings with customers and/or partners to support strategic account plans.
• Document feedback and first-hand learnings to help improve the product experience for all customers as well as internal processes and procedures.
• Complete discrete analysis and deliverables to support customer scopes of work, including but not limited to: Utility Budgets, Tenant Billing, Custom Reports, Ad-hoc Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Local Ordinance Data Verification & Energy Star Certifications.

• Have a deep understanding of building mechanical and controls systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, etc.).
• Understand utility cost structures (e.g., utility rates and tariffs, regulated vs deregulated markets, and energy procurement).
• Proficiency with Excel and data entry tools, along with a basic understanding of CRM or project management systems.
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining scripts in coding languages such as Python, C++, VBA, and SQL.
