RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join in Chennai

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

In person - Full-Time

Required Skill Set

• Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Candidates should have 4 to 8 years of experience in the Application support field and be able to do unit testing and SIT, creating test cases.
• He/She should have support knowledge, configuration experience and independently work with clients. 
• Good knowledge in linux
• Basic knowledge in SQL
• Adequate working knowledge in the Java platform, AEM, MB5 and Media compass would be an added advantage

Job Description

• Quick learners that have a proven ability to contribute positively to the team dynamic and work collaboratively towards shared goals
• Ready to work in 24 x 7 shifts
• Should have knowledge and interest in Application Support
• He/She should be having strong communication skills to interact with onsite customers and stakeholders for critical and priority issues, both verbal and written
• Respond to issue tickets submitted in the queue
• Able to demonstrate good problem-solving skills and appropriately apply proven solutions
• Work with other teams to understand and resolve issues
• Review logs and identify the root cause of the issues
• Must be a logical minded person who can work through a problem step by step
• Good team collaboration is required
• Should work in Jira and Service now in responding to the issues raised by users
• Communicating the responses through email, JIRA and ServiceNow
• Ability to work independently
