Skill and Experience – Job Requirements:

5+Years of experience in SQL Development and SAP Crystal Reports

Skill: SAP Crystal report, SQL Server Developer (Complex Queries, Views, SP, Triggers, Functions)

Added skill: C#, VB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Crystal Reports Developer with strong expertise in SQL

and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and enhancing

Crystal Reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep

understanding of database structures, and the ability to create new reports while optimizing

existing ones. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross-

functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

• Develop new SAP Crystal Reports based on business requirements.
• Modify and enhance existing Crystal Reports to improve functionality and

performance.

• Ensure reports are optimized for efficiency and accuracy.

2. Database Understanding:

• Analyze and understand database structures, tables, and relationships.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting

purposes.

3. Report Maintenance:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Crystal Reports.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to existing reports.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into

technical specifications.

• Collaborate with database administrators, developers, and business analysts to

ensure seamless integration of reports.

5. Documentation:

• Document report designs, processes, and changes for future reference.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

6. Communication:

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Present reports and findings to management and other teams.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing SAP Crystal Reports.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., SQL

Server, Oracle, MySQL).

• Experience in understanding and enhancing existing reports.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in SAP Crystal Reports development and design.
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, and database

optimization.

• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting best practices.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
