Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting complex client-specific solutions.

We're seeking someone with strong analytical and communication skills and a passion for solving technical problems.

What you will do

• Implement software for commodity clients using RadarRadar UI, PowerBI, and SQL Server.
• Provide ongoing support, system optimization, and issue resolution.
• Customize, troubleshoot, and enhance reports/dashboards based on client needs.
• Design and implement client-specific reports.
• Collaborate with product and business specialists on solution implementation.
• Address SAAS support services, including questions, bugs, and cloud service issues.
• Standardize implementation processes and documentation.
• Contribute to business propositions and product roadmap.
• Build demo functionalities and clear dashboards from client data.
• Participate in business development and application improvement sessions.
• Understand and apply risk management concepts in the RadarRadar application.
• Process raw data into clear, workable dashboards.

What you will bring

• 2-5 years of professional work experience.
• Passion for programming, T-SQL experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable with complexity.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
