RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking Senior Software Consultant UI UX for the Information Technology team to join in Chennai

In this position, youll create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure. Youll primarily conduct user research, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing and apply UCD principles to design products, mapping out navigation flows and user journeys to ensure seamless interactions and enhance user experience

Key Responsibilities:

• UX Strategy & Vision: Define the UX vision, strategy, and roadmap to enhance product experiences, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate design thinking into the companys culture.
• User Research & Insights: Lead and conduct user research, persona development, usability studies, and data analysis to gather actionable insights that will drive design decisions. Identify key user problems and propose innovative solutions.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure the implementation of a cohesive, consistent, and accessible user experience across all platforms.
• UX Design & Development: Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for web, mobile, and other digital products. Ensure design consistency, scalability, and user-friendly interactions.
• Metrics & Performance Tracking: Establish UX metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of design solutions. Continuously refine the user experience based on data and feedback from users and internal teams.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date on UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Experiment with new design techniques, methodologies, and tools to improve overall product design.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts, prototypes, and research findings to stakeholders and senior leadership. Ensure a clear communication channel between the UX team and other departments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI designing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for both web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing methodologies.

Work routine - 5 days a week from Mon to Fri
