Marketing lead generation specialist / analyst

The Marketing lead generation specialist / analyst is responsible for analyzing all incoming leads and managing and optimizing our lead management processes. This role involves evaluating marketing leads generated from websites, events, and campaigns, linking or creating accounts, and assigning qualified leads to the appropriate business and sales professionals, prepare the upload of external leads into Marketing/CRM software, and report on lead conversion. They will analyze close rates and report on lead generation by activity.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Field Marketing team and Digital Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) to analyze both qualified and disqualified leads, enhancing the web client experience, improving the buyer journey, and demonstrating lead conversion and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Evaluation and Management: Assess and qualify marketing leads from various sources (web, events, campaigns…), ensuring accurate account linking and assignment to relevant Business / Sales professionals. Maintain accurate records of lead generation and status within the CRM system.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor lead management activity, ensuring suitable controls are in place and establishing improvement actions. Analyze lead conversion rates, response times, and return on investment (ROI) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to streamline lead management processes and address any identified issues.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and reinforce the lead management process, partnering with the MPower support team and Tech teams to resolve any technical or operational challenges. Identify and implement improvements for lead management results.
  • Training and Development: Conduct lead management training sessions / Quick Reference Guides (QRG) for Marketing and Sales colleagues to ensure best practices are understood and implemented.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on lead management performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Perform lead management analytics on campaigns to demonstrate sales value.
  • Lead Generation Best Practices: Identify and share best opportunities and best practices for lead generation.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of marketing lead generation and analysis
  • Data driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and make data backed decisions.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and data analytics tools
  • Comfortable in presenting data and insights to understand lead generation performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, as well as part of a virtual team.
  • Be able to work in an office three days per week.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects
