We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in campaign management, lead generation, and performance marketing. This role will focus on driving targeted traffic, optimizing conversion rates, and generating high-quality leads through Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and push advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Campaign Management & Optimization
  Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and push advertising platforms.
• Monitor live campaigns and adjust strategies in Real-time to improve ROI, CPA, and lead quality.
• Ensure campaign alignment with Mikro Grafeio's business goals and target audiences.

Audience Research & Targeting

• Conduct in-depth audience research to align with buyer personas and market segments in the flexible workspace industry.
• Manage custom & lookalike audiences to enhance targeting accuracy and conversion rates.

Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Insights

• Analyze key metrics (CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS) to refine lead generation strategies.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights for campaign optimization.

Keyword Research & A/B Testing

• Perform SEO-driven keyword research to maximize the effectiveness of search engine advertising.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation to improve lead conversion rates.

Landing Page & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Collaborate with web development and design teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for lead generation.
• Continuously optimize ad-to-landing page relevance to enhance conversion rates and user experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and lead generation.
• Minimum 2 years in the flexible workspace industry (or a related sector).
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and push advertising platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other marketing tools.
• Advanced knowledge of keyword research, audience segmentation & A/B testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (web development, content, design).
