RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking Financial Analyst- L3 Financial Management Services team to join in Chennai

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL) accounts, and preparing financial reports. This includes applying receipts to outstanding charges, analyzing AR aging reports, monitoring payments, addressing customer queries, and meeting daily operational targets.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or MBA (Accounting as a major), completed through regular coursework without academic breaks.

Technical Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Experience

• 4 to 10 years of full-time work experience in:
• General Ledger Accounting
• Experience in Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) accounting is add advantage

Organization Structure

• Reports to: Team Manager

Work Schedule

• Flexibility to work during afternoon and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Processing:

• Apply daily receipts and post batches in the accounting system.
• Process invoice payments accurately and efficiently.

2. Reconciliations and Reporting:

• Reconcile transaction discrepancies by analyzing bank account information.
• Analyze GL accounts and record monthly accruals and reclassification journal entries (JEs).

3. Lease Management:

• Perform lease abstraction and data updates in the client database.
• Review and validate financial terms for lease setups.

4. Receivables Monitoring:

• Follow up with clients regarding AR aging and related activities.
• Create provisions and process write-offs based on client information.

5. Additional Accounting Duties:

• Conduct year-end reconciliations, expense budgeting, and handle taxation tasks.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Skilled in preparing year-end reconciliations, budgeting, and financial analysis.
