Account Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage petty cash transactions efficiently by ensuring all disbursements and receipts are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Handle GST compliance, including preparation, submission, and timely filing of GST returns, while maintaining accurate records for audits.
• Oversee TDS processes, ensuring accurate deductions, timely payments to the government, and submission of TDS returns.
• Manage vendor payments by verifying invoices, preparing payment schedules, and maintaining accurate payment records.
• Perform routine accounting entries, including journal entries, ledger postings, and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure all financial data is up to date and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Monitor and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors to facilitate smooth auditing processes by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
