Trainee/Asst. Engineer - Valuations

• Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of companies using all accepted and relevant Asset Valuation approaches and theories.

• Analysis, reconciliation and summarization of data using various software applications.

• Identify the replacement cost / market values of the assets through market surveys.

• Following up/ communicating with the clients.

• Preparing valuation reports on the basis of surveys.

Requirements-

• Knowledge of Ms Office Suit (particularly Ms Excel & Ms Office) & Internet is must.

• Zeal for Hard Work.

• Should be Confident & high spirited.

• Dedicated person who is ready to take challenges, energetic and is flexible with timings(occasionally if required).

• Should be able to drive things swiftly.

• Have Analytical Thinking and Reasoning Abilities.

• Prior experience in a similar profile would be a plus.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Excellent communication skills are required.

• Should be comfortable with travelling.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD would be a plus.
