Job Description
- Maintain >80% deployment of market vehicles against incoming
enquiries for all regions.
Ensure margins are maintained at company mandated levels.
Manage and develop traffic executives across key locations. Track and report daily movements, meetings and performance.
- Work with the traffic executives to ensure daily addition of fleet owners, brokers and fleet operators to Qwqer DB and build national network for supply.
- Ensure adherence to all industry standards, Documentation (LR and POD) and other mandated items for invoicing.
- Maintain great customer satisfaction levels through regular visits and
updates.
- 8+ years experience in deploying market vehicles for FTL/Local
Transportation Queries.
- Great network across India with transport fleet owners, transport
brokers, and transport unions.
- 4+ years of team management experience in fleet supply.
