Job Title: Senior Accountant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the company’s financial objectives. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including tax filings and audits.
• Provide support during internal and external audits, including compiling necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and systems.
• Manage payroll processing and related reporting activities.
• Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles (4+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
