Job Summary :

The Director of Operations will oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, high system availability, and optimal performance. The role involves supervising the IT team, developing and implementing operational strategies, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

1. IT Infrastructure Management Oversee the installation, maintenance, and management of IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage solutions. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT infrastructure.Monitor and manage system capacity and performance to meet business needs.

2. Team Leadership Manage and mentor the IT operations team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development.

3. Operational Strategy Develop and implement IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with other departments to align IT services with business requirements. Prepare and manage IT operations budgets and forecasts.

4. Incident and Problem Management Ensure prompt resolution of IT issues and incidents, minimizing downtime.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective measures.

5. Security and Compliance Maintain compliance with data security standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Oversee disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies.

6. Vendor and Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with IT service providers, vendors, and consultants. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services and products.

Technical Skills :
