Job Title : Salesforce Engineering Leader
Experience 15+ yrs.
Location : Hyderabad
Position Summary :
We seek a seasoned Salesforce Engineering Leader with deep expertise in Salesforce technologies and a passion for driving complex solutions in a client-service environment. This role will be instrumental in shaping the strategy, development, and delivery of our Salesforce practice. You will lead a team of Salesforce engineers, architects, and consultants, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions that align with our clients' strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Practice Leadership : Drive the engineering excellence of the Salesforce engineering practice. Ensure alignment with company objectives and delivery standards.
Team Management : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Salesforce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Technical Expertise : Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce, guiding the team in the design, development, and implementation of complex, enterprise-grade solutions.
Client Engagement : Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs, align on requirements, and ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Engineering Rigot : Establish and enforce standards for code quality, configuration management, and project documentation.
Solution Delivery : Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
Innovation and Best Practices : Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Promote the adoption of new technologies and frameworks that improve efficiency and outcomes.
Resource and Budget Management : Manage resource allocation and project budgets to meet profitability targets and client expectations.
Partnership and Collaboration : Work closely with other practice leaders, business development teams, and solution architects to drive cross-functional initiatives and identify opportunities for growth within the Salesforce practice.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a services or consulting environment.
Certifications : Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect) are strongly preferred.
Technical Proficiency : Deep expertise in Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.), Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Framework), and integration techniques (APIs, Web Services, MuleSoft).
Leadership Skills : Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing teams, fostering career growth, and driving a high-performance culture.
Client-Focused : Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills, with a proven ability to understand client needs, influence stakeholders, and manage complex relationships.
Strategic Thinking : Ability to balance technical excellence with strategic business thinking, enabling the team to deliver solutions that meet both technical and business objectives.
Project Management : Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
