Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced PLM Windchill Developer with strong expertise in Windchill PLM implementation, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Windchill modules, workflows, system configurations, and integrations with downstream applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation, customization, and deployment of Windchill PLM solutions.

Configure Access Control Lists (ACLs), Lifecycles, Workflows, Object Initialization Rules (OIRs), Info Tasks, and Webjects to meet business requirements.

- Develop custom Windchill applications and extensions using Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, and XML.

- Work on integration of Windchill PLM with other enterprise applications using Web Services and APIs.

- Manage and maintain Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, and other PTC product suite components.

- Provide technical expertise in BOM (Bill of Materials) management, PDM (Product Data Management), and system administration within Windchill.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill performance, configurations, and customizations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system implementation and user adoption.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in Windchill PLM implementation and customization.

- Strong knowledge of Windchill 10.0/11.0 and its customization features.

- Experience in Windchill Workflow development, access control, and lifecycle management.

- Hands-on expertise in Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, and Web Services.

- Experience with Windchill ProjectLink, PDMLink, and other PTC product suite components.

- Strong understanding of system integration, configuration management, and deployment processes.

- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Windchill applications.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Windchill upgrades and migration projects.

- Knowledge of PLM best practices and industry standards.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
