Senior Windchill Administrator (5-7 yrs)

We are seeking a Senior Windchill Administrator with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our PTC Windchill systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the system's performance, availability, and reliability while providing support to end-users and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and administer PTC Windchill systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.

- Implement and configure Windchill modules as per organizational requirements.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.

- Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.

- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

- Train and support end-users on Windchill functionalities and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in Windchill administration or related roles.

- Strong understanding of PTC Windchill architecture and components.

- Experience with Windchill upgrades and migrations.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python for automation purposes.

- Knowledge of database management systems, particularly Oracle or SQL Server.

- Familiarity with PLM concepts and processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
