Job Description :

We are seeking a Windchill Developer with 4+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain PTC Windchill PLM solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Windchill customization, configuration, and integration, along with strong programming skills in Java, JSP, and XML.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Windchill PLM solutions based on business requirements.

- Configure and manage Windchill workflows, lifecycles, and access controls.

- Integrate Windchill with enterprise applications (ERP, CAD, etc.).

- Optimize Windchill performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

- Work with Windchill APIs, Info-Engine, and Java-based customizations.

- Develop reports and dashboards using Windchill Query Builder (QML) and BI tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless PLM system operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in Windchill PLM development.

- Strong knowledge of Windchill PDMLink, Windchill Customization, Info-Engine, and Java/J2EE.

- Experience with Windchill API, REST/SOAP web services, and integration frameworks.

- Familiarity with SQL databases, XML, and scripting (JavaScript, Python, Shell, etc.).

- Knowledge of Windchill upgrades, performance tuning, and deployment.

- Understanding of CAD/PLM concepts and integration with tools like Creo, SolidWorks, SAP, etc..

- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git, SVN, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) or data migration.

Knowledge of Windchill ThingWorx and IoT applications.

Exposure to Cloud-based Windchill deployments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
