IT System Admin Role

- 4+ years of experience in 2nd line support.

- 4+ years of experience in eQMS systems.

- Preferably experience in pharma or related industry.

- Good knowledge of eQMS (Electronic Quality Management Systems) like DMS (Documentation Management Systems), Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Quality Event Systems.

- Good experience with 2nd line support.

- Preferably experience with eQMS related business processes like documentation, training, change control, deviation, complaints, audit.

- Understanding of GxP requirements.

- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

- Preferably knowledge of one of the following: Veeva, Trackwise, Master Control, SharePoint.

- Willing to work during afternoon and evening times to cover Mexican time zone.

Purpose :

As IT System Analyst, she/he is responsible for the 2nd line support of eQMS systems including DMS (Documentation Management Systems), LMS (Learning Management Systems) and Quality Event Systems.

This includes incident handling in the electronic ticketing system of Centrient, user and authorization management, change management, handling of small projects and maintaining a good relationship with the user community, key users and stakeholders. Special emphasis is placed on the GxP-compliant maintenance of the system according to pre-defined procedures.

In addition, the IT System Analyst monitors the system performance, usage and data quality and take necessary actions to improve it.
