Position Overview :

We are seeking an IT Administrator to manage IT assets, support employee onboarding/offboarding, and implement IT policies to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Asset Management: Maintain IT inventory, process equipment requests, track usage, and coordinate repairs/procurement.

Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Set up workstations, configure access, and handle equipment returns and data security.

Policy Management: Implement IT policies, ensure compliance, and provide training on security measures.

Client Support: Manage IT requirements for client projects, including equipment setup and software licensing.

Skills & Experience :

- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS administration and Microsoft 365.

- Experience with asset management systems and IT security practices.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

- 4+ years in IT support or administration.

Tools : Asset management and ticketing systems, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, security tools.
