Job Title : Oracle Finance Functional Consultant (Oracle EBS)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead Oracle Financials implementations and support projects with 10-11 years of relevant experience, specifically in Oracle R12.
• Successfully manage at least 2 full-cycle implementations and 2 support projects.

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• EB Tax, GST, and Project Accounting
• Lead business requirement gathering, documentation, and fit-gap analysis.
• Design as-is and to-be business processes, conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), configure functional settings, and manage testing phases.
• Provide end-user support for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles, including troubleshooting and resolution.
• Support and manage month-end processes and financial closing activities.
• Operate as both an independent contributor and onsite coordinator/lead, serving as the primary contact for client updates and senior management reporting.
• Develop and deliver training materials, conduct user training sessions, and assist with testing cycles.
• Gather business requirements, implement new functionalities, and create detailed functional specifications.
• Assist users with validation cycles, develop testing scenarios, and maintain comprehensive documentation (BP80, MD50, BR100, TE40, end-user documents, and test scripts).

• 9+ years of experience in Oracle Financials implementations and support.
• Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite modules as listed above.
• Proven ability in business process analysis, documentation, and solution design.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in P2P and O2C cycles.
• Solid understanding of month-end closing procedures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate between onsite and offshore teams.
