Executive- Customer Support ( Health Insurance)

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers and agents immediately after a quotation is taken.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable product.
• Proactively follow up with customers and agents to drive policy closures.
• Ensure seamless policy issuance after helping in proposal journey.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate (any discipline).
• Knowledge: Health Insurance Products
• Experience:
• 1-3 years in Health insurance tele advisory or customer service.
• 1-3 years in telesales or insurance-related customer support.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi and English, with at least one additional regional language.

• Skills:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Handling customer queries and overcoming objections effectively.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Good at handling computer operations and call simultaneously.
