Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruit, Onboard & train new agents & franchises in the assigned area

• Develop sales strategies for channel growth & optimize process.

• Monitor agents performance, provide feedback.

• Stay updated on trends, competitors and customer preferences.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any field.

• 1 to 3 Year experience in insurance agency channel.

• Flexibility to adopt changing market conditions.

• Willingness to do field work.
