Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage POSPs to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Monitor and evaluate POSP performance, providing feedback and support
- Build relationships with POSPs and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth
- Generate regular reports to track progress
- Achieve targets set by management
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in the agency vertical in General or life Insurance Vertical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions
- Bachelor's degree
- Agent network in local area
