Job Description

Job Title: Agency Manager

Products Include: Life Insurance/ Motor Insurance/ Health Insurance/ Mutual Funds.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Manager to lead our team of agents and drive business growth. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents who will generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and drive revenue for the agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Identify and recruit top-performing agents to join the agency.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring decisions.

Training and Development:

  • Develop comprehensive training programs for new agents to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to agents to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide feedback and support for continuous improvement.

Performance Management:

  • Set clear performance targets and goals for agents in alignment with agency objectives.
  • Monitor agent performance against targets and provide regular performance evaluations.
  • Implement performance improvement plans as needed to address areas of concern and optimize performance.

Business Development:

  • Collaborate with agents to develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand the agency's customer base.
  • Foster relationships with key clients and prospects to identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the agency team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Motivate and inspire agents to achieve their goals and maximize their potential.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence within the team.
