Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage POSPs to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
• Monitor and evaluate POSP performance, providing feedback and support
• Build relationships with POSPs and stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth
• Generate regular reports to track progress
• Achieve targets set by management

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in the agency vertical in General or life Insurance Vertical
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions
• Bachelor's degree
• Agent network in local area
