Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit Insurance Agents
- Support insurance agents to drive their business.
- Increase agent base & sales in the market
- Travelling in neighbouring districts from based location to Recruit Insurance agents.
- Recruit, Onboard & train new POSP agents to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell insurance products.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any field.
- 2 to 5 Year experience in the general insurance industry within the relevant market.
- Willingness to do field sales & travel extensively.
- Hands on experience with Gmail & MS Office.
