Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Lead with a strong background in cybersecurity awareness, e-learning design, and multimedia production. In this role, you will oversee the creation and deployment of interactive cybersecurity awareness training materials, including videos, e-learning modules, gamification and quizzes. As the creative visionary, youll lead a team to design engaging and educational content that promotes best practices in cybersecurity and strengthens the security culture within our organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 5 years leading a team and developing interactive training or technical instructional materials.
• Demonstrated experience in e-learning materials, including videos, interactive modules, and quizzes.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and the ability to design educational content that simplifies complex concepts.
• Hands-on experience in video production, animation, and multimedia content creation.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and experience in designing e-learning content that enhances knowledge retention and user engagement.
• Ability to use data and feedback to iterate on and improve the effectiveness of cybersecurity training materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting creative ideas and explaining design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Define the creative direction and standards for cybersecurity awareness materials, including interactive e-learning modules, training videos, and quizzes.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, animators, and multimedia developers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Oversee the design and production of visually engaging multimedia assets that effectively communicate cybersecurity principles, including interactive and animated content.
• Partner with cybersecurity experts, instructional designers, and the communications team to translate technical information into accessible, audience-friendly materials.
• Develop engaging, user-friendly e-learning experiences that drive knowledge retention and support behavior change, adhering to best practices in instructional design.
• Review all final creative outputs to ensure they are visually appealing, technically accurate, and aligned with branding and accessibility standards.
• Establish project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality training content that meets organizational goals.
• Stay updated on trends in cybersecurity awareness, e-learning design, and multimedia production to keep the organizations training materials current and effective.
