Job Purpose:
This role will be focusing on creating disruptive products and solutions, Ownership for formulating business Strategy, turn-around policies and fast track expansion of the company. Nurturing the right partnerships and building the eco-system that enables greater visibility in the market and high-velocity lead flow. Also responsible for implementing changes in the form of New Business initiatives, Cost Optimization, Business Analysis of respective products.
Key Responsibilities :
Functional Responsibility :
- Jointly working with the CEO to chalk out a growth strategy and business plan for the company to meet its vision and goals
- Lead the product management function, which is responsible for creating disruptive products and solutions
- Develop business opportunities and monitor business activities in line with the company's long-term strategic and annual business plans, and ensure that the company promptly reacts to changing market conditions and customer needs, and remains competitive
- Oversee Multiple functions such as Sales, Credit, Strategy/planning, Collections and overall P&L. also responsible to oversee operations, credit controls, new product development and risk management of the SBU's
- Create partnerships with fintech companies, accelerators and get new solutions through start-up engagements Strategize and plan on continuous improvement of digital experience by understanding industry and technology trends to drive digitization, increase usability and improve customer experience
- Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models
- Develop and implement a high performance based and vibrant culture that facilitates employee learning, growth and job satisfaction
Job Requirement:
Qualifications: MBA / Post Graduate
Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience with 5+ yrs of experience in a leadership role, Ideally mix of NBFC, Banks and Fintech experience
Functional Competencies: Must excel in approaching business from an operational point of view, be driven, and focused on the front line to achieve a maximum level of productivity to reach all strategic targets.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, company-level objectives, and important aspects of the company's business to accurately diagnose strengths and weaknesses.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing the best customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Strong communication, interpersonal & networking skills
