Automation Lead

Overall Design and development of automation activities for Firmware team
Strong knowledge in mobile automation (Android and iOS) and System Internals
Define and drive automated test strategies into the validation process.
Requirement clarification and status update with customer for existing and new developments
Technical ownership of team activities
Ownership of proposal submission and customer communication

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Hands-on experience in leading automation projects.
Expertise with system architecture (HW components, Firmware, Device Drivers).
Design automated test and test suite using Python, Robot framework.
Expertise at System Software Automation using Tools/ Frameworks.
Strong understanding of Python, and multi-process architecture
Experience in using Python, in application programming and automation.
Experience in leading technical discussions with customer stakeholders
Should have experience in the designing test automation framework/strategies.

Desired Skills:

Automation testing experience and good experience in System Validation
Understanding of accessibility, security compliance and data protection solutions
Proven understanding of white box, grey box, and black box testing techniques
