C++ Lead Engineer(5-8) YoE

Roles Responsibilities:
-Analyze requirements, design, and code software in C++ in Windows environment.
-Perform unit test, verification and validation of the product developed.
-Document the projects according to project standards (protocols, architecture, technical specifications, )
-Work as an individual contributor aligning with customer priorities and drive, take ownership and responsibility of a project

Required Skills:
- Experience in developing C++ applications in Windows.
- Experience in requirement analysis, design, development and testing of desktop-based applications.
- Extensive programming skills in C++ MFC.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts/design patterns, Modern C++ features (C++ 11, 14 etc).
- Good debugging skills
- Good understanding of database.
- Large scale software development experience.
- Ability to write effective and reusable code according to best practices.
- Ability to analyze problems and come up with the best suitable and optimized solution.
- Experience of project life cycles, process, workflows.
- Candidate shall be ready for short term travels to Europe / Singapore.(if required)
Desired Skills:
- Experience in other programming languages, preferably Python.
- Experience in image processing concepts and handling image processing algorithms
- Experience in using the C++ Standard
- Knowledge in C#/WPF
- Experience in Semiconductor domain with knowledge in machine control, robotics, industrial automation, SECS/GEM
