Internal Audit - Assistant Manager

Audit Planning: Assist in planning audit engagements, scoping activities, and developing risk-based audit plans in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.Supervision and Execution: Supervise and participate in audit fieldwork, including testing controls, reviewing documentation, and assessing risks to ensure effective and efficient audit procedures.Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments, identify control weaknesses, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance internal control systems.Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive audit reports outlining findings, observations, and recommendations for improvement, and communicate these effectively to management.Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with clients or internal stakeholders, address inquiries, and provide guidance on risk management and internal control best practices.Team Management: Mentor and guide junior team members, provide training, and oversee their work to ensure quality and adherence to audit standards.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance audit methodologies, streamline processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal audit function.
