Job Description
- Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure the team is working towards desired goals and deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project schedules.
- Identify and mitigate potential schedule risks in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership, preparing and delivering regular project status updates and addressing concerns.
- Track project progress , analyze variances, and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee the project budget and monitor progress on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and First Pass Yield (FPY).
- Familiarity with the software development cycle is beneficial.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Align the latest released milestones to respective teams, from top-level to each Agile Release Train (ART).
- Review 90-day lookahead plans to ensure alignment with milestone dates.
- Monitor RCC codes for late milestones and collaborate with product owners as needed.
- Check team velocity and address unresolved items.
- Follow up on 1900 dates with GDL/GE.
- Manage date moves and rescheduling of milestones .
- Raise SCRs for PLM date moves and follow up on DCRs/change requests.
- Monitor project budgets and work with product owners to correct any discrepancies.
- Assign PLM tasks and designate owners.
Work Experience
Education:
- Bachelors Degree : A degree in Engg. (BE, B-tech)
- Certifications :
- Agile and Scrum Certifications (Adv)
- CLM / PLM (Exposure / work experience)
Required Skills:
- Communication : Clear and effective.
- Organization : Managing tasks and projects.
- Team Management : Delegating and coaching.
- Time Management : Meeting deadlines.
- Risk Management : Identifying and mitigating risks.
