Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 70-90 engineers in Mechanical and Electrical engineering domain.
- Achieving project scope and objectives while balancing schedule, cost & quality requirements.
- Managing project[s] execution in line with project guidelines and directives.
- Work with cross-function teams including sales to build a profitable program.
- Strengthen and/or build processes to track progress, identify issues, overcome obstacles, and define recovery plans leveraging experience and Quest Global best practices.
- Works with Quality and Regulatory to ensure the program is fully compliant with the customer quality system, OTD, and global regulatory agency requirements.
- Manage the internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Work as a Single point of contact (SPOC) for customers and internal leadership team.
- Manage and report out KPIs to senior management and customer.
- Coach and Support team members.
- Manage multiple projects, create proposals, and support sales team in the account growth.
- Ability to manage ramp-up and ramp-downs of teams based on the program changes
Work Experience
- B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics) with 14+ years\ relevant experience.
- More than 5 years\ experience in Project and Program Management.
- Hands-on experience in Special Purpose machines design & development cycle.
- Experience in PLC programming, HMI, Electrical boards.
- Experience in Mechanical design, drafting and print release to Quality standards
- Demonstrated communication skills in managing customers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Leadership competencies related to business case management and approval, enabling process implementation and good people management skills.
- Demonstrated time management, resource organization and prioritization with the ability to multi-task in a time line based work environment.
