Nintex Automation Cloud Developer

We are seeking a skilled Nintex Automation Cloud Developer with at least 4 years of experience in workflow automation and process optimization. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining workflows and forms using Nintex Automation Cloud (NAC), as well as creating custom SharePoint solutions to enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workflow Design & Development:
   • Design, build, and manage workflows and forms using Nintex Automation Cloud.
   • Streamline business processes by implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
2. SharePoint Customization:
   • Develop and maintain custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
   • Integrate workflows with SharePoint Online environments, including document libraries and lists.
3. Workflow Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
   • Monitor and maintain existing workflows to ensure seamless functionality.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, forms, and integrations.
4. Integration & Customization:
   • Leverage Nintex connectors to integrate workflows with systems like Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, or other third-party platforms.
   • Use REST APIs, PowerShell scripting, and webhooks for custom integrations and advanced automation scenarios.
5. Documentation:
   • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including workflow design, configuration, and user guides.
   • Ensure documentation is accurate and accessible for troubleshooting and future enhancements.
6. Collaboration & Communication:
   • Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
   • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and optimize workflow designs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Technical Expertise:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in workflow automation, including Nintex Automation Cloud or Nintex on-premises solutions.
  • Hands-on experience building custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Proficiency in designing and deploying workflows and forms in Nintex Automation Cloud.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online and integration with workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

  • Strong analytical skills to debug and optimize workflows for performance and reliability.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Nintex RPA and advanced automation features in NAC.
• Familiarity with Power Automate or other automation platforms.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for custom solutions and workflow extensions.

Certification in Nintex Automation Cloud or related technologies.
