Marketing Cloud Developer

• Design and Implement Campaigns : Create personalized email and multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder.
  
• Manage Customer Journeys : Develop and optimize complex customer journeys for targeted marketing efforts, ensuring engagement across various digital touchpoints.
  
• Utilize Data for Segmentation : Use SQL, AMPscript, and data extensions to segment audiences and tailor messaging based on customer data and behavior.
  
• Integrate with Salesforce and Other Platforms : Set up integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service), and third-party platforms via APIs.
  
• Automation and Workflow Optimization : Build automation workflows in Automation Studio to streamline marketing processes and increase operational efficiency.
  
• Content Customization : Develop dynamic and responsive content using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to personalize communications.
  
• Monitor and Analyze Performance : Track campaign performance, run A/B tests, and use analytics to provide actionable insights for improvement.
  
• Data Management and Compliance : Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
  
• Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with marketing, IT, and creative teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  
• Maintain Documentation and Best Practices : Keep documentation up-to-date and implement marketing automation best practices to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  
• Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  
• Experience with Marketing Cloud APIs (REST, SOAP).
  
• Strong understanding of data extensions, segmentation, and targeting.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Specialist certification.
  
• Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service) and CRM integration.
  
• Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA).
  
• Knowledge of email deliverability and marketing automation trends.
  
• Skills in HTML/CSS email compatibility testing.
