- 10+ years of experience as an app developer with a strong focus on creating data-centric applications and tools.
- Expertise in JavaScript, SQL, and Python, with demonstrated experience in application development.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or similar, with additional experience in ReTool considered a major plus.
- Solid understanding of data management and analytics, with a background in creating scalable applications for diverse internal stakeholders.
- Intellectual curiosity and adaptability to learn new technologies quickly, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A technical leader: You drive technical solutions with a strategic focus on maintainability and scalability, ensuring applications remain efficient and robust.
- A collaborator: You partner with various teams to identify metrics, trends, and application needs that support their analytical objectives.
- A communicator: You can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, helping them understand the value and functionality of the applications you create.
- A problem-solver: You analyze data to identify operational inefficiencies and work with stakeholders to develop solutions that have a lasting impact.
