Job Description
Technical Manager
- who is capable of managing/Guiding/ a team of 6 to 10 people on Technical requirements is required
- More than 12+ years of experience in Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis of Aero structural components . Good Experience in various performing analysis using classical/customer specific method
- Candidate should be able to lead and guide junior engineers to derive results. Able to take full technical ownership.
- Ability to learn new technologies, software and develop tool as required
- Experience in technical proposal writing for RFQ/CFT
- Experience in developing training material for team
- Customer focal for OQD
Work Experience
Good Experience in PATRAN, NASTRAN, HYPERMESH and any other customer specific tool as required
Experience in F&DT dossier review and writing in aero domain
Good experience in performing low RF/Life mitigation activities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills
