Officer

Responsible for end-to-end onboarding and BGC for US and Canada
Responsible for initiating background verification for US and Canada hires
Track and make sure BGC completion within SLA
Work with HRBP team on BGC discrepancies cases
Work with BGC vendor to get timely status
Initiate and complete onboarding documentation processed with in established timeline
Responsible for i9 process (step 1 & 2)
Create and Maintain employee records in our HR core folder
Be responsible for Citizenship ID verification through video call
Communicate candidates onboarding formalities status to relevant stakeholders by sharing status report on daily basis
Manage new hire gifts for US new hires

Bachelor' or Master' degree
2-3 years of experience in Global HR operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc. . )
Analytical skills to track and interpret onboarding data
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
Flexible to work in US shift 3:30 PM to 1AM IST
