Job Description
• Investigating/recording incidents, accidents, complaints and cases of ill health
• Undertaking risk assessments and site inspections
• Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly/safely
• Identifying potential hazards
• Determining ways of reducing risks
• Writing internal health and safety policies/strategies in consultation with management.
• Emergency Response Team formation and training
• Emergency preparedness plan and SOPs preparation
• In-charge of the First Aid, conducting various training sessions like AED, CPR, choking in coordination with the doctor
• Implementation and maintaining of Integrated Management System (ISO 45001:2018 & ISO-14001:2015)
• Compiling statistics
• Drawing up safe operational practices and making necessary changes
• Making presentations to the management on the HSE reports.
• Providing health and safety meetings and training courses for employees
• Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation
