Position: Project Operations Officer/specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project operations (Financial) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the smooth and efficient day-to-day Project operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to Project Financials, Process improvement, Data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Financials - Invoicing and Financial Hygiene
• Understand customer nuances German customer requirements and process
• Analyze Project financials processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with CFTs and implement solutions to optimize efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress
• Interpret/understand German documents – Basic level proficiency
• Provide administrative support to the Delivery Team as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Work Experience

1-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

• Proficiency: MS Excel (pivot tables, Data visualization etc.)
• Expertise in Project Management applications and platforms – MS Project.
• German Language A1 level (Beginners)
• Proven organizational skills, including time management and prioritization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with accountability
• Excellent verbal and written communication – English
• Attention to detail with strong data analysis skills.

Degree: Bachelor’s in commerce or business administration

Location: Bangalore, India.
