Technical Lead (8-10 yrs)

- Experience in process orchestration and workflow automation.

- Proficiency in Camunda BPMN modeling and execution.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, message queues, and event-driven architectures.

- Knowledge of Azure cloud platform for scalable deployments.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

- Hands on prototyping and direct dev experience required.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and operations.

- Stay informed about Camunda updates and best practices for process orchestration.

- Ability to deliver functionality incrementally adopting agile practices.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Experience with IT projects in the Financial Industry.

- Experience with IT projects utilizing multiple technologies and frameworks, particularly agile/hybrid agile.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Deep knowledge and experience of Microsoft Azure cloud platform and services in an enterprise environment. Experience with IaaS/PaaS cloud architectures and patterns (e.g., horizontal scaling, immutability, 12-factor design).

- Prior experience with leading cloud native solution development initiatives.

- Experience with delivering effective strategies for cloud integration.

- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD toolchains leveraging Microsoft TFS, Git/SVN, Chef,

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to define technology roadmaps and evaluate total-cost-of-ownership of solutions.

- Experience evaluating cloud service designs and alternatives to achieve desired balance of performance, risk, and cost.

- Experience managing programs and/or multiple projects, including simultaneous task assignments.

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all management levels.

- Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
